If your order is still in new condition within the 30-Day Return period and you still need to make an exchange for a new size/color (or just want to return it for a refund or credit), please E-mail us at [email protected] with your order number and your new requested size and our team will advise you on how to return your item (just be sure to check your spam folder if you don't see a response within 2 business days)!
Please note for size/color exchanges, we highly recommend placing a new order for the new item, and returning the unneeded item for a prompt refund. This guarantees your new requested item doesn't sell out in your size while we wait for your returning item to be shipped, delivered and processed (as this could take multiple weeks if there are any shipping delays). However if you are OK waiting, you can still return your item for exchange request processing. We'll always refund the order or issue merchandise credit if your requested new item is out of stock and your return is still in new condition within the 30 day return period.
